Special Gatherings

“The dinner party, as a metaphor for Gospel living, is not about cultivating a society of one’s own kind, or getting ahead through entertaining. Rather, the dinner party is about celebrating life with your neighbor, crossing the boundaries of race and class, and sharing the bounty of the harvest with those less fortunate than you. That’s what it means to ‘let mutual love continue while showing hospitality to strangers.’ ”

~ The Very Rev. Tracey Lind, Priest-in-Charge,
sermon from the Feast of St. James, July 25, 2021

Starting June 25th

Sing for an hour—Wednesdays at 4 PM
If you love to sing and are free on Wednesday afternoons from 4 to 5, stop by the  Chapel. Peter Kosewski, our interim principal musician, will lead us in an informal and (he hopes!) entertaining exploration of the some of the new music that we’ll be singing over the course of the summer. It’s not a choir rehearsal and it’s emphatically not an obligation: just an opportunity to sing for an hour with friends.
