Our Location
Wellfleet
The Chapel is located in the Outer Cape community of Wellfleet, a small town with a rich history as a colonial fishing and shellfishing village. Wellfleet shares a common patron saint with our Chapel, James the Fisherman, whose symbol is a scallop shell. We have a spiritual and natural connection to Wellfleet, from scallop shells on our beautiful beaches to where the Chapel sits on a hillside among the pines. The breezes that blow up from the harbor and over from the ocean enter our doorways and remind us how fortunate we are to be part of this special place.
